These terms govern stays at Optionventurebeam and use of this website, operated by Optionventurebeam Hospitality Limited (NZ Company No. 4291880), 17 Marine Parade, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand. By making a reservation or using this site you accept these terms.
1. Reservations and payment
- Enquiries submitted through this website are requests only. A reservation is confirmed once our reception team replies in writing.
- All rates are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.
- No payment is taken at the enquiry stage. Confirmed reservations may require a deposit or credit card guarantee, which will be stated at the time of booking.
- Check-in from 15:00; check-out until 11:00. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability.
2. Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, may be charged the first night's rate.
- Group bookings and event buy-outs are subject to separate written terms.
3. The Salon — important
Optionventurebeam is a boutique hotel, not a casino. The Salon is a casino salon lounge offering social entertainment for resident guests:
- all games are played face-to-face inside the hotel, using house chips that have no cash value;
- no money, prize or thing of value is wagered or won;
- no real-money gambling, betting or gaming services are offered on the premises or online;
- this website does not host, enable or link to any form of online gaming;
- entry to The Salon is restricted to resident guests aged 18 or over; smart casual dress applies.
4. House rules
- Guests are responsible for damage caused to rooms or hotel property beyond normal wear.
- The hotel is non-smoking indoors; a designated outdoor area is provided.
- We may refuse service or remove guests whose behaviour endangers others or the property, without refund.
- Quiet hours run 22:30–07:00 in accommodation wings.
5. Website use
- Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
- All text, imagery and branding are the property of Optionventurebeam Hospitality Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.
- We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that the site is error-free or continuously available.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability for services provided is limited to the cost of those services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
